In a press release, Nintendo reveals that it sold more than 800,000 systems in the US last month, but it’s new glasses-free handheld, 3DS, was comfortably outsold by its predecessor. Over 386,000 DS systems were sold in June, more than double 3DS’s sales of 143,000. There was better news for Nintendo in the software charts, though, with 283,000 copies of The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time sold during the month.
